For all pre-made rave braids, loose ponytail extensions, and accessories, please allow 1-2 days for production. Bohemian and custom items, however, are made to order with meticulous care and quality, requiring 7-21 days for production as they are added to our queue. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for shipping. This attention to detail ensures you receive a high-quality product tailored to your festival or bohemian look.
If you encounter any issues with your order from Iconic Hair by JT, we are here to help ensure your satisfaction. Given the high volume of emails we receive, for a prompt response, please make sure to include your order number and clearly describe the problem in your email. We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product for a full refund. Please note that return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
