Our commitment to customer satisfaction extends to our returns and exchange policy. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations, which is why we offer a 30-day return period for unused and unopened items.
To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our customer service team with your order details. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used hair products or tools. Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value, and any price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly.
Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Any order Purchased from www.iconichairbyjessicatiare.com.au can be returned or exchanged within 30days. If not completely satisfied with the item, item is damaged on arrival or item is not what you ordered. Simply return the product for a prompt refund.

If items have been worn and damaged due to use, returns or exchange will not be accepted. Items must not be worn and in original packaging.

Send through a copy of your receipt via email and place a copy of your order receipt in the shipping box with item(s) you are returning.
